The apartment is very spacious, clean and well decorated. Bed super comfortable and quiet. While it is on a main street we didn't hear any noise at night. Make sure you get the location of the one free paeking garage as the city has institued a parking scheme that limit long term free parking. Even if you can't find free parking, long term is very affordable under 7€ for 12 hours

From there the city centre is only a few minutes away. This swimming pool shared with the local retirement home next door is absolutely fine and very clean. The car park located just under the building lets you access your flat with a private lift. This is a studio apartment which makes that you can make your own cooking and enjoy a relaxed evening in Nantes. The breakfast buffet is absolutely perfect with food for all tastes.
