Fabulous location just a short walk to supermarket, church and Somme museum. Spacious for studio style, small but good kitchen with oven, good heating, washing machine a bonus and strong wifi.

The apartment is close to the town centre and it is clean and equipped with all the things needed to make it a good base for our holiday. We arrived in Albert by train and it was a short walk from the station.

The price was very good, affordable. The studio is brightly lit, with overhad lights and a lamp. There is a washing machine, coffee machine, hot water maker, toaster over, microwave, and a great selection of teas, with instant coffee and cappacino. I really appreciated the ability to park near the apartment. And it's within walking distance of the Albert town circle and church. There are so many patisseries and coffee shops. When I arrived, I hadn't read the email with the simple instructions to access the apartment (very easy if I'd read them!). I was a bit at loose ends, without internet or phone (due to American phone). People were very nice. At the local patissierie, even though they were closing up after a long day, the two staff took time to help me access my email. So, I love Albert, and I've stayed at this little studio for two days. I'll be leaving to visit other areas in Northern France, but plan to return to Albert, and try to book a stay here again. This is a great place to feel as if you are part of the little town. The futon is comfy, the tv is fine, and the kitchen area is just enough.

Ideal location to visit somme battlefields. Quent accommodation in rural setting..very clean, comfortable and affordable.woukd definitely go back

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed being in the countryside after weeks of big cities. You will need to have a vehicle to stay here, as there is no public transit nearby. Very close to Beaumont-Hamel and many other WWI memorials.
