Quiet area in Costa Teguise, 5 minutes walking to the closest supermarket and 15 min to the beach. There is enough parking spots, at least at this time of the year. Apartment and facilities (pool) were clean. Definitely good value for money. Communication with Alessandro was fast and easy. The apartment has everything you need.

Alava Suites is a professionally designed and run place where you can slow down at a high level of comfort. Teguise is easily accessible by car (restaurants couple of minutes away). The breakfast menu is creatively selected and special, preprared from fresh and tasty ingredients. The stuff is extremely friendly and professional. The room and the whole facility were perfectly clean. We really want to go back to this wonderful place.

I had a lovely staying at the apartment. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, the whole apartment was spotless. The apartment is close to the beach and also to the bars in the city. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and the sun bed as well. The hosts were very kind, helpful and friendly, they promoted my pleasant stay, they recommended the best places, beaches, restaurants and bars to go and visit. The apartment is very spacious and stylish.

The place was clean, there were kitchen supplies as well as all the necessary for the bathroom. The contact point was always available. Check in was smooth and fast. Very nice accommodation, I would come again.

Absolutely superb in every way, it really was home from home. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, a lot of little extras like throws on the sofa, suncream, plasters, beach towels, laundry detergent, washing line and pegs, blackout blinds in the bedroom, the memory foam bed was so comfortable as I usually struggle with a back condition but didn’t the whole time here. sun loungers and table/ chairs in the patio area, the list is endless. The swimming pool was lovely with loungers but unfortunately not used by us as it wasn’t warm enough in February. The area was very quiet and well looked after, very clean gated community. Gates were in various places ie ~ 2 minute walk to the promenade, 2 minute walk to the bus stop. Perfect area for walking too all well maintained paths and roads. Close to shops and cafes. The hosts - Oliver & Caroline were amazing, Caroline met us at the gate even though our flight was delayed quite a while, she showed us around as best as she could in the dark and explained everything about the bungalow, they kept contact with us the whole time, sending us bus timetables etc. We had the most relaxing week away. To top it all off check out was 11:00 and our flight wasn’t until 20:00 so Caroline arranged for us to stay until we needed and return the key to the safety deposit box nearby. 😍 we would love to return again ☀️

We really like that the flat was so well equipped with everything you need. There was loads of cutlery etc. The washing machine was a godsend, having this enabled us to just bring hand luggage. We couldn't have asked for a better base, it was a quick stroll to many restaurants, supermarkets etc. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hopefully we can return one day.

And yet is it very very quiet being set back in a lovely little side alley. Loverly comfortable and modern apartments with several really cheap but nice bars right on your doorstep.

The bed was very comfortable with foam mattress and pillows. It is a 5 min walk to town and neatest spar for your groceries and water. 10 min walk to some lovely beaches and bars for the day. - 8.4Scored 8.4Very GoodRated very good· 446 reviewsWe had a one bedroom apartment slightly bigger than the studio that we had the previous year... but both were well equipped with large flat screen TV and kitchenette, including hob, microwave, fridge and dishes erc ... the separate bedroom had a super king-size bed with mattress topper, very comfortable and clean... again we opted for half-board arrangements as the food is very good quality and has a good variety of hot and cold dishes... only three star though remember. Most of the staff are very helpful and pleasant.

Once in Costa Teguise everything was within walking distance of the apartment which was very clean and had the bits and pieces to get us started on a self catering holiday.
