Staff André was most helpful and accommodating. My room was upgraded to a better one at no charge. Aparthotel is very near the bus station (~/<5 mins walk) with regular buses to Madrid Moncloa, and a short walk to the Plaza Mayor. It was quiet & peaceful at night. Beds were very comfortable and clean.

Fantastic location right on the edge of the old town. Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment. The host offered us paid parking for our car (fairly expensive) but I knew from my research that there was probably plenty of free parking a couple of blocks away. It was easy to find parking spots in the huge parking lots on top of the hill, and even in the streets leading up to them - only a few minutes walk away.

The location and friendliness of the host were fabulous. It was very comfortable and convenient for my two adult children, my husband, and myself. I wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return. The nearby garage made the stay perfect.

The staff is amazing, and helped me navigate Segovia, and went so far as to help arrange transportation. I don’t speak Spanish, so this was so helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. If you are coming to Segovia to see San Juan de la Cruz, you will not find a better place that this!!!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly , finding a restaurant for us to eat at when the one we booked was not open. The apartment provided a dogs bowl and blanket . The views from the apartment were out onto the historic street with a lovely church and those from the roof terrace exceptional . All in all a great place to stay during our travels through Spain.
