The apartment was great. Super clean. Comfy beds. Tito the manager was amazing. Super friendly and helpful with everything. Good location to walk to some restaurants if you dont have wheels. Bar/reception manned 24/7 which was nice. Really enjoyed our time there.

The food was amazing, the quality of the service 10/10 and the whole place was just great to relax in! We came as a group of friends who didn't understand it was a quiet place to stay but the managers and owners still accommodated us! Great destination to stay!

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean. The rooms are very spacious and all of them are having a very generous terrace. A lot of fun stuff in the room including a big high quality speaker. Kitchinete with everything you need, spacious fridge. Enjoyed it a lot and totally recommend it

Wow! Was so impressed by Palm Star. Walking into reception you get instant Ibiza boho vibes. The downstairs area is beautiful. A lot of attention to detail around the pool area, the DJ during the day makes it the perfect place to sip cocktails in the sun or wind down after a heavy one the night before. The staff were all really lovely. Location is perfect, just outside the busy strip of San Antonio so you’re away from the hustle and bustle but just a far enough walk away that you can still go and enjoy the atmosphere. I rarely stay in hotels more than once as I like trying different places but I would most definitely stay here again.
