This is a great location just off the A66, nestled in the hills and countryside offering a relaxing stopover on the journey from northern to southern Spain. The apartment was roomy and well-equipped in a rustic style. The bonus for us was being able to go for a stroll with our dog amongst the farm animals and countryside. A great location if you have children too as there was a great play area to enjoy. The swimming pool was an added bonus but we were drawn to the terrace for a cold beer and a delicious, freshly prepared evening meal, priced very reasonably. A definite place for us to stay if we are en route to or from Santander again.

The apartment is lovely, with new appliances and furniture, good lighting, well equipped kitchen, nice towels, nicely decorated too. The best thing was the views from the balcony and the location in the oldest part of the walled city, near gardens and the medieval walls, and good hiking trails.
