10 minutes after booking I've got a message from the owner with a Google maps link, and some pictures, with all the information was needed to get into the apartment. Also got messages later, about everything fine and do i need anything. The owner was super friendly, and the apartment was clean and well equipped. I've found some useful information in the apartment on a paper with different languages. Like where where can i dry my clothes after i used the washing machine etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. Since i am a frequented traveller, and mostly I live in hotels, i felt like I am at home. With a nice wide balcony with artificial grass and outside table. It was a really nice place. 10/10 for the apartment and 10/10 for the owner. Parking is free at the street, but sometimes it's not the easiest thing to find a free place. I was able to park exactly next to the entrance of the building most of the times, but worst case you can park next street.

    Perfect place to stay when you want to visit Giblartar. Just 200m from the border. Sergio was excelent and so polite host. The flat was huge with everything you need. In my opinion it's perfect place for 6 or even 8 people. You have kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The great element is that under the building you have private place in the garage. It will be my small dream to come back to this place :) Thank you Sergio!

    Everything! We have had 7 apartments this trip and the boat haus is the best. A special experience and luxury! My kids loved it even in the rain. What a magical place to stay! The bikes were awesome, and there were so many restaurants in walking distance. A laundry room close. Parking was easy and close.

    We couldn't have chosen a more perfect location. Views of the Rock are outstanding and the apartment is situated close enough to the Border and shops for our convenience. The area is nice and peaceful too.

    Located at a perfect spot to cross over to Gibraltar without having to pay the ridiculous hotel prices there! The rooms were cosy, quiet and comfortable, the entire apartment was homely. Loved the kitchen and the serving window, I was able to keep an eye on our daughter without keep having to leave the room whilst cooking dinner! Parking was literally right on the door stop which came as a relief considering La Linea can be a difficult place to find parking. We will be back no doubt!
