A good place for exploring the Santander area if you have a car. A parking garage is under the building and has pretty wide spots. The owner is a nice guy with limited English, we don't speak Spanish but google translation works well. He met us right near the house and showed everything, gave us keys and such. Lupa supermarket is right across the street. The apartment is big with three bedrooms, ample space for your staff. Beds are comfortable. I liked the loftie blanket - very warm. The boiler system is good. You can turn it on and off whenever you need plus it works for radiators as well.

The first room we were put into was roadside and noisy and ugly. Fortunately when we asked, the host offered us a better room on the 3rd floor. Still with no view but with a good sized balcony that drowned out most of the road noise. There is plenty of undercover parking and a good bus service into Santander just down the road from the apartment and also several supermarkets very close by. There is a lovely area for walking which is an large managed inlet of the sea. The apartment is ok. The bed is a bit small. It was very warm and there is no air conditioning. There is a little bar which serve drinks, coffee snacks etc. there is lots of parking in garage or outside.
