Fabulous view from the upstairs balcony of appartment 4. Smallish rooms but well equipped and neat compact kitchen. Property worked well for us for 3 nights as we walked the Cami de cavalls on the final few legs to Mahon. Cristina who looks after the property was very helpful in communicating and leaving the key for collection and drop off.

The house is easy to get to from the airport, with space enough for 2 small rental cars, on the drive. The pool was great (but as advertised, is deep). The separate double en suite room, was great for our eldest son and his girlfriend to stay in. The location is quiet but just down the road from the small centre and supermarkets. It's also a short drive to larger supermarkets.

We paid a bit extra to have a two bedroom place, which meant a balcony and more ability to get some airflow. With the fans we were ok. Some of the other apartments looked much more tucked away and probably get little airflow which would make them quite hot.

There is no air conditioning in the room, there is a large fan on the ceiling, but due to the location of the apartment (between buildings, in a narrow alley) it was very hot in the room. All necessary accessories were in the apartment ( cleaning detergent, sponge, towels, etc.).

Basic but functional apartments. Staff were very helpful with any requests and was great exchanging language learning. Although reception not 24 hour this was not an issue for our late arrival and departure. Special thanks to Christina for being very helpful :-)
