Offering a terrace and garden view, Design Wohnung `Eiche´ auf dem Bodanrück is located in Radolfzell am Bodensee, 22 km from Pedestrian Area Konstanz and 23 km from Bodensee-Arena.

"Eiche" apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. It has all the needed kitchen facilities. The location is in the little village of Lingeringen, a bit too far from the lake and Radolfzell, so one needs a car or a bike to get there. We spent a week in July there, and only one restaurant was open (from Wednesday to Sunday). The housekeeper is a lovely young man, very helpful. We had heavy e-bikes, and he let us store them inside a house, which was very useful. The wi fi connection was available and worked without obstacles.

The room was very clean and very nice. The cleaning ladies were exceptionally nice and helpful. Location is very close by a wonderful park and the lake (2min literally).

The appartment is large, comfortable and well-equipped,close to the sea and about 15-minute walk to the railway station. The stay includes the regional card which makes travel by local railway free and great experience. We liked the warm welcome including a small present of gummy bears what enjoyed the kuds a lot.

    Die Terrasse ist wirklich super und ein absoluter Bonus der Wohnung. Sie wird sicher noch besser wenn das Sonnen- und Regendach fertig installiert ist. Wir kommen ganz sicher sehr erne wieder!
