The house is big and spacious for hosting lots of people. The TV is very big and the couches are nice for watching movies etc. The dining room table is very big and the chairs are super comfortable. There is plenty of good lighting throughout the house and mostly good quality furniture. The best part is that you are very close to the water and to the Swiss border. Stein am Rhein is a beautiful medieval town withing walking distance.

The property is very wonderful and contains everything we need, the kitchen is equipped with all cooking tools. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is very quiet and the view of the lake is amazing. The sitting area in the downstair and balcony is unique and wonderful. Many thanks to Mr. Alexander and his wife for hot welcoming and easy check in and check out. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax, and enjoy the view of the lake.

Bellissimo appartamento, in casa storica tipica, perfettamente e recentemente ristrutturato. Ampio, luminoso, arredato con cura e stile. Dotazione competa di elettrodomestici e stoviglie. Bel patio esterno che affaccia sui giardini, in posizone tranquilla. Vicino al lago e alle principali città e attrattive. I proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili, e parlano sia tedesco che italiano. Ci piacerebbe tornare.

We were 4 - 2 adults and 6y and 2y kids. The location is excellent. By car it's 5 min to the beach, 4 min to Lidl and 40 min to Konstanz. There is a couple of hiking routes just around the house. The host is very responsive and helpful, quick to message back and provided with all the utilities needed. Everything in the apartment was superclean and of high quality. We loved the bathtub in the bathroom. There was a wonderful playground and a table-tennis table near the house for use. My wife as a coffee fan was happy to find a capsule coffee-machine in the kitchen which she used every morning.
