The location was just across a field from Therme Erding. Parking is free at Therme Erding so we still drove but you could walk. It was an easy drive to the MUC airport. I didn’t realize when I booked the apartment it is on a farm. No animals but lots of hay and equipment. They had a cool hay barn and go karts for kids birthday parties, so neat. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. There are plenty of nice windows so although there is no AC, we slept well. The washer worked great and clothes dried fast on the deck. But because it’s on a farm there were lots of flies. Be careful to use the windows with the screens only! The Wi-Fi was broken the entire time we were there. Some gentleman came by to look at it but he didn’t look like he knew anything about technology. The only two staff we saw were him and one curmudgeon like gentleman who checked us in. Neither spoke English, which was fine but considering the setting I expected a friendly welcoming staff, oh well. The apartment itself was great though, lovely to have coffee, tea, honey stocked and fresh eggs for purchase. I would definitely return!

We've spent 2 nights in the apartment and everything was super. The apartment was clean, there were everything necessary: comfortable beds, clean white bed linen, warm blankets. What was very important for me, it's that heating worked while at night the temperature was below zero, so we didn't get frozen. There was literally everything necessary in the kitchen: oven, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker and coffee, tee sugar itself. Just mind, if U're traveling without a car and going to visit Therme, it takes about an hour to get there by bus.

Location, in a quiet and nice neighborhood, close to Thereme Erding(5 minutes by car) and 5 minutes by car to the old city(center) where is very nice and with really good restaurants and pubs. The apartment is a studio, very nice and clean, very cozy, equipped with everything that you need in an apartment. The bed is ok with a nice mattress, and the couch is extensible and was more than enough for our daughter. The kitchen is equipped with everything, the coffee machine was full of coffee, just to be used, the bathroom is ok, with a nice shower cabin. Towels of good quality. The general cleanliness was "A klasse arbeit". The heating was perfect. The owner was really nice and helpful and she answered all of our questions! The parking is available all the time in front of the house and also inside the yard(for free). This is a place to come back.
