The apartment is amazing! We felt so comfortable. It is really nicely decorated, very calming and modern. The place is very clean and quiet. I love that the blinds completely shut out all the light so that you can comfortably sleep. Good coffee and tea available for quick morning routine. Very modern utilities in the kitchen. The bathroom is very clean and spacious. Also, it is situated in an ideal setting close to the nature and very beautiful and practical for a long walk. André is such a great host. He was very patient and helpful and very friendly. He even communicated with me in English. We will definitely be back multiple times!

A big bonus was having access to parking for our rental car. It has lovely views of an open green area and is in easy walking distance to the City Centre as well as close to nice jogging and walking routes. The host and hostess are friendly and respond quickly to any questions. One of the nicest places I have stayed in (and I have stayed in lots 😀).

Amazing host/company (book-it)! We exchanged messages even before the booking, and they were super responsive and accommodating to our needs: silent apartment and newborn accessories (bed, seat, etc). Moreover, when we came back a second time, they arranged for us to get the same room we got the first time! Additionally the apartment is super clean, good location and everything was as advertised. Maybe the only thing was that there is no door for the bedroom, so when our baby was sleeping we had to be super quiet in the kitchen. But, this was very specific to our situation. Next time we're in Erlangen we are definitely staying here!
