The communication with the owner was very good, giving access information is case of late arrival etc in booking.com messages. The outside stairs to the 2nd floor was a bit of a challenge, but was o.k. Once used to them.

The apartment is perfect for cyclists. It's located just 2 blocks from the Elbe Radweg, 2 bakeries and a grocery store. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet and it's an easy ride back to historic Dessau. The host is helpful and friendly. The kitchen is well equipped enough for a long-term rental. Beautiful painting and tile work throughout the apartment add to the lovely decor. The Wi-Fi is consistent and works well; we were easily able to research and book our coming stays on the ride from Hamburg to Dresden. We were happy to have booked 2 nights, on our layover day we had a beautiful ride out and back to Worlitz Park.
