We are a family of four and we were given the room with the balcony. It was really spacious and we loved the view to the park. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the room was very clean. The balcony and floor under the beds needed a bit more cleaning, but we asked for extra cleaning services and they were offered to us. They change the towels and take the trash out upon request, which I though was really great. It felt like staying at a hotel, rather than an apartment. The location is super great. It takes literally 10 minutes to get to the city center and 15-20 minutes to the old town square and Charles Bridge. We loved that we were staying in a more quiet location and had easy access to different parts of the city. There are several great coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was really kind and helpful too. Great value for money.
