we had a great view from the balcony. the staff were very helpful. we could easily reach all our destinations by underground. there is a nice breakfast place opposite the property and also a small market. and the icon hotel nearby has a lovely roof terrace with live music.

The building was immaculate and modern. Our apartment was tidy and clean. The staff were cheerful and very helpful. The location was good, in a nice neighborhood. We walked to nice restaurants without any safety concerns. Would definitely staying here again if we were in Santiago again.

I felt the flat as a whole was in need of real deep–clean, windows, cabinets, mirrors, fridge, shelving. The sofa was stained. The bed headboard was worn down. Bed mattress should have mattress protective cover. Sheets were slippery and would not stay in place so that I woke up half on the bare mattress with the sheets all over the place. Great hot water and powerful shower. There were a couple of automatic (chemical) air scent devices, one of which emitted a spray regularly which I found overwhelming. The position of the flat in the vast residential block is shaded from the direct glare of the scorching sun which was a real relief. The flat was comfortably cool therefore during the day, still with plenty of light flooding the flat. That was very nice. Kitchenette old and worn. I didn’t feel inspired to cook in any case since my stay was very short. To be honest it felt as if the long term occupier/s had vacated her/ his/their flat for the duration of my stay (two nights) and had quickly wiped things down and changed the sheets. I would rate the stay 7.9.

    The apartment is very clean, and has everything one needs. The heating worked well, which was great as it was quite cold outside. And there are many bars and restaurants in the area. The host is very kind and responsive, and it was easy to access the apartment the first time. I was actually given access over 6 hours before the start of my rental because my flight arrived earlier, which was really convenient after an intercontinental flight.

    Reception staff were available to access the keys and checkin was easy. Quick good lifts to all floors, we stayed on the 8th floor. Safe, with security on the apartment reception 24/7 and 24 hour staffed reception directly next door for check in/ check out. Big clean loft apartment with excellent hot water in a fierce shower and good airconditioning in a hot Santiago

    The standard apartment is a normal hotel-like room with a small kitchenette with micro and refrigerator. The loft has a living area with a kitchenette and the bed is on a loft inside the room itself. Beds are comfortable to sleep. It's a very quiet environment with money exchange, pharmacy and supermarket at walking distance. For the fun lovers night clubs are also very close. Restaurants and pubs are also at walkable distances. Plaza de aramas is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

    The studio is in a giant apartment complex, with lots of movement inside and around. There's a lineup to take the elevators, but you can use the stairs. The concierge were very welcoming and showed me the place. On Saturday night, you can hear the gettho blaster coming from the gazillions of apartments around. The bed was comfortable. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe and comfortable.
