Bettina was a gracious and caring host. She strived to provide the best experience possible for our stay. Prior to arrival I was frustrated that she wouldn't allow us to bring our own bed linens to offset that cost. She was patient and understanding and eventually, I realized the affordability of the place more than compensates for the added cost of the linens. 8 and 11 year old kids enjoyed crafting in the attic and exploring the apartment. In warmer weather, it would have been nice to cozy up to some of the farm animals. Well paved roads made the driving through the hills less scary since there are many steep shoulders on the narrow roads.
