Their responsiveness to every query, coupled with their eagerness to offer personalized recommendations for exploring Lucerne, made for an unforgettable experience. Their attention to detail was second to none, evident in the thoughtful touches such as an array of cooking herbs, an abundance of tea and coffee pods, and a delightful welcome chocolate gift. Everything you need and super clean. The views were fabulous and the location was the absolute BEST! I would most certainly stay here again any time I visit Luzern.
