Excellent! Very helpful staff. So kind and helpful of lady on the desk - she let me check in I think at about 10 am! I was super tired after long travel so really appreciate it. When I checked out they also let me store the luggage with them for couple of hours. Room is comfy, good size, everything super convenient. Perfectly clean. Great location- just 2 min walk from railway station and area with supermarkets, bank. Good gym. Thank you everyone!

I like everything about the place but if check ✔ in they don't not come and clean up the room for the past 7 day I have to clean it but myself I told one of the cleaners lady that she should come and clean my room but she told me that the manager Said she should come and clean

First of all, the property ( Welcome homes) is VERY clean like literally, I am a clean freak and I always wipe everything with antibacterial everywhere I stay in my travels and I couldn’t any streak of dirt or dust especially the floor and bathroom, it is really clean and for me cleanliness and safety is the most important, it has CCTV and has its own lock inside the doors too. It accessible to bus that takes you straight to the airport in like 10 minutes, it can also take to the train station or tram station it is vey accessible. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating and very helpful. I recommend Welcome homes to anyone who is looking for a good value for money but also doesn’t compromise with safety and cleanliness, accessibility and wide spaces of the room and kitchen and bathroom and of course the friendliness of the staff. I enjoyed my stay so much and I look forward to booking next…. I want to thank Welcome homes ( staff ) for a safe and wonderful comfortable stay.

For the price (and yes, all things said here are of course in relation to the asked price), this is very nice and pleasant choice. The apartment has all basic facilities one might need for a longer stay (from kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) The location is nice (subjectively), at the edge of the city directly at forest (great for running and cycling). Getting into Zürich inner city itself takes of course a bit of time, but I had a bike and that worked perfectly fine. Hosts are very nice. I would come again.
