Mr. Oktay, the host is very friendly and helpful. We were in touch in whatsapp right from the beginning and helped me with all the queries. He helped me change dollars /euros to local currency, took me around to a supermarket nearby and assisted in car wash too. Mr.Oktay also dropped me backed to the airport and even gave me his baku kart for local transport access. He was also helping me in car rentals and will make your stay memorable, will definitely stay here if i visit baku again. The property is 5~10 minutes drive from the airport and is in a quite and calm place. There is a nice garden in the property with car parking within. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook our own food. City center is 30~40 minute drive. There is bus stop, supermarket nearby. There is table tennis in the villa which we played.

In Baku, after about 20 kilometres of walking we wanted to book our accommodation, but it turned out that "The smell of the Caspian Sea Khtatai apartment by Bea", also advertised in Bauk, here on Booking, is a non-existent accommodation, nobody should book there, it looks nice in the pictures, it is a concerted rip-off. Being a seasoned traveller, I soon realised this and looked for other accommodation. I booked this property, the owner Turqay called me on Whatsapp, even though it was already afternoon, and of course we could go, but he asked for some time to clean up. We got there a little earlier than the time given, but while the apartment was being cleaned, we had a chat, an extremely sympathetic, nice man, apologised for the above, even though he had nothing to do with it. And then the apartment. Nicely renovated, at the end of the main local pedestrian street, good neighbourhood, shops, restaurants nearby. The apartment is very spacious, with a large air-conditioned living room, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, washing machine, immaculately clean bathroom with large shower, shampoo and shower gel. Two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and comfortable double beds. In hindsight, I am glad that things worked out this way, we were able to stay in an extremely good accommodation, which I heartily recommend to everyone, and I am also happy to have met Turqay.

Il letto molto comodo e tutto sommato la casa aveva tutto ciò che può occorrere. L'host è stato davvero molto gentile ci ha accolti anche ad un orario che non era il massimo e ci è venuto incontro con qualsiasi nostra richiesta
