The apartment was specious and very clean (maybe the cleanest where we’ve ever stayed). It had everything for a comfortable stay for several days. At one evening the owner organised for us wine tasting while our kids where playing on the backyards playground). Owner shared the most delicious wines from the winery (aromatic rose, light and fresh Riesling, and many other varieties) and during the tasting he told some interesting facts about the wine business. The location of house is close to Melk and Durstein, just 20 minutes drive. Near the building there is long beautiful bicycle trail where I was running every morning. I definitely recommend this place and will return in the future.

Superb location, spacious, well-appointed, clean, friendly owners, good English, plenty of seasonal Heuriger wine gardens close (check closing days, often multiple), some restaurants with hot food - try walking 20 min. on the farm road to Rossatzbach, where the small campsite restaurant has a simple but delicious menu, can get busy, book or go early, check kitchen hours. Cycling and hiking routes pass through the village. Nice views from almost everywhere.

There was a misunderstanding in our booking, but the host lady was very helpful and flexible, and solved it within few minutes and we got an even better accommodation. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, with nice garden and very romantic.
