Location is great. Just a short walk to the Achensee and a block to bergbahn station which we took to go hiking. Great town if you don’t want to jump in the car all the time because it’s so walkable. Considering that there’s no restaurant, it’s great that you can order fresh bakery items at the front desk to pickup each morning.

Everything was perfect during our stay. Beautiful and clean hotel, run by a mother and her 2 daughters. The spa area and the restaurant were exceptional. You will do everything right staying here. I will for sure be back.

I recommend trying their ESS bar restaurant for dinner - it deserves a Michelin star. Extremely helpful staff, including the owner, who always talked to us at the bar and took care of the guests. Great respect - one of the best accommodations we've been to.
