Anche la camera molto bella, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. Ci ha accolto la figlia che ci ha spiegato tutto pazientemente in ogni minimo dettaglio, facendoci sentire perfettamente a nostro agio e aiutandoci in ogni nostra richiesta e perplessità. Ottima colazione con grande varietà di pietanze. Consigliatissimo!

We booked the room before they started operation and we were impressed with the beauty of the room and decor. Our family of 5 people stays in a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms apartment for 5 nights with good space for a living/dining area. Brand new with a cozy modern style, feels like home. The surrounding area is quiet and natural with very fresh air 2-10 degrees Celsius. The Property provides underground private parking and ski storage room for free. We enjoy staying here and definitely will come back again next ski season.

It's impeccably clean and invitingly decorated, featuring a fully equipped kitchen (complete with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and everything you need). The sauna and massage tub are excellent for post-ski relaxation, complemented by a charming fireplace. The surroundings are tranquil, just a 10-minute journey from Kitzbühel. Our host Patricia is both beautiful and welcoming, ensuring a very comfortable stay. It would be our top choice for a return visit to Austria.

Very friendly staff, great location with a stunning view on the Wilder Kaiser, amazing wellness center at the hotel. The appartment was confortable and well equiped. Easy parking. Although there was no snow anymore in the valley and the lifts nearby the hotel were already closed, we were able to go to Kitzbühel by train from the appartment, which was quick, confortable and free of charge with the Mobile pass!
