The bathroom was for president. This bathroom is biggest on the world. I realy felt like VIP :D Everything was working! All the accomodation was clear, heated up, renovated and the breakfast was get from the local backery. Small kitchen unit was helpful, also walk distance to train starion next to Spar shop and motoric playground for kids. Walk distance to the Spa Therme and Billa. Nice and quiet place at the small town in Austria.

Owners motto: You come as guests, you leave as friends - it is absolutely accurate. Accommodation absolutely amazing. Above-standard services, from excellent wine with refreshments, modern furnished apartments and relaxed evenings with Filip and his family. Very nice and quiet location, which serves as an excellent starting point for trips around the area by all means (on foot, by bike and by car) Everything was perfectly fine, beautifully clean, the kitchen was furnished. Can’t wait to come back.

There is this super nice owner of the property who lives literally next door and provides for virtually anyhing one could need. It is a bit unusual to offer breakfasts in an apartment-rent setting, however, having pre-bought frozen buns, capsule coffee, cereals, hams, and cheeses ready in the morning was a more than welcomed addition to our stay. We traveled to Staatz mainly to enjoy biking with our kids and for that the location is great. More locally, there is a reasonable restaurant nearby and Spar groceries store on the opposite side of the road. The garden was pleasant and well cared for, occasionally with 2 friendly dogs running around. The disposition of the apartment is well-picked with enough storage, a reasonably large bathroom, and main and secondary bedrooms (sofa bed in the kitchen) separated by a small hallway. There are also books and desk games and the property if the weather does not turn right during the stay.
