The room was absolutely incredible with an unreal view of the city. It was simply breathtaking. As was the view from the pool. Also want to give a special thank you to Mr Tuhin who helped us out a lot and was very kind as well as the lovely reception staff I'd spoken to who were very friendly and welcoming. A wonderful experience.

    Huoneisto oli siisti. Majoitus oli varattu kolmelle hengelle ja ymmärsin, että sohvasta saa vuoteen. Voi olla, että ymmärsin väärin. Huoneistossa ei ollut ylimääräisiä petivaatteita.

    Sijainti oli erinomainen, huoneisto oli siisti ja sisäänkirjautuminen sekä yhteydenpito majoittajan kanssa toimi loistavasti. Allasalueella aina tilaa ja kuntosalikin riitti hyvin perus treenaajalle. Vuodesohva nukkumapaikkana oli hyvä myös kahdelle aikuiselle. Asunnossa voi hyvin majoittua neljä henkilöä.

    Erittäin ystävällinen ja huomaavainen palvelu! Vastaanotossa tunsin olevani perheeni kanssa hyvin tervetullut! Kokolattiamatot ja tupakointi ovat yleisiä ilmiöitä hotelleissä, mikä aiheuttaa astmaatikolle vaikeuksia. Chartonissa asia /astmani ymmärrettiin ja saimme hyvän upean ja siistin huoneiston!     Markkinointi täysin harhaanjohtavaa, isolta näyttävä allas-alue oli vain koristetta. Todellisuudessa käytössä kaksi pientä allasta. Ulko-ovien avaimia piti vaihtaa useaan otteeseen kun eivät vain toimineet. Respan toiminta hidasta ja outoa. Kun saavuimme, huone ei ollut valmis vaikka olimme lähettäneet bookingin kautta viestiä saapumisajasta. Meille tarjottiin pientä huonetta yhdellä parisängyllä (4hlöä) vaikka olimme varanneet ison kahden makuuhuoneen huoneiston. Saimme sen loppujen lopuksi muutaman tunnin päästä. Max 3 tähden hotelli.
