In the West Central District district of Tainan, close to Chihkan Tower, Chapter 127 has a shared lounge and a washing machine. Clean uncluttered, spacious! Shower room very modern and perfect water pressure. Staff charged us about $10 usd for each hour of early check in which was fine but we had to keep asking if it was possible.
