The apartments were big enough for all of us, kitchens well-equipped. Beds were comfy, rooms were tidy. The playroom for kids was fantastic as well as the playground. All apartments had air conditioning too, which was great.

We arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning, so there was no reception, we did not meet any of the staff, but it was not a problem. The automatic reception worked really well. Upon paying with bank card the key box opened and we found our room easily. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
