Vinhas do Calhau er staðsett í Madalena á Pico-eyju og er með svalir. Gististaðurinn er með sjávarútsýni og verönd. The staff is wonderful. First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.

Lovely apartment, two bedrooms and 2 good sized bathrooms, had everything you need. Very good value compared to other accomodation on the island.

Alma do Pico - Nature Residence er með útisundlaug með töfrandi útsýni yfir Faial-eyju og umhverfið í kring. Einingin er á Pico-eyju og er með útsýni yfir hið fræga Pico-fjall. Wonderful little retreat from the world surrounded by nature. The staff were awesome. Very welcoming, helpful and flexible.

Þessar íbúðir eru staðsettar við kyrrlátan flóa og bjóða upp á víðáttumikið útsýni yfir Atlantshafið. Þær eru á frábærum stað á Pico-eyju. Einingarnar eru í aðeins 20 metra fjarlægð frá sjónum. Right on the ocean, beautiful space close enough to walk to town and the ferry.
