The helpful staff brought us to the vineyard we selected and back to the resort. Accommodation is perfect. Pleasant heat by the fireplace.

Quest Mt Maunganui erbjuder boende i Mount Maunganui, 8 minuters promenad från Pilot Bay Beach och 800 m från Mount Maunganui Beach. Location was Great. Went early to ask about where the parking was & was met at reception by a lovely lady called Joy. Wonderful service from Joy, other hotels/motels should maybe have a look to see how customers should be welcomed to their establishments. Thank you Joy for making things so easy, even called us to advise that our room was even ready for whenever we liked. Clean & tidy from the entrance right up to the rooms. Service staff we met in the corridors were lovely & friendly as well & thank you for doing such a great job/service. ;)
