This apartment-hotel is in the "old town" part of Drammen, more charming and more restaurants compared to the other side of the river (based on my observation and the comments from my colleagues who were staying in hotels on the other side of the river). The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. Espresso machine worked well - more capsules available at the supermarket across the road. Bathroom well stocked with hand wash and lotion, shampoo/body wash and conditioner. Loved having the washing machine - there was a drying rack and things dried quickly overnight. Bed was very comfy and so was the couch in the living room. Easy to cast from your phone to the TV for apps like Youtube and I believe there was also Netflix. Lovely view of the Bragernes church tower from the window (I was on the top floor). Elin provided quick assistance when asked via the Bookings.com app. Easy to get into the building with the app (download Upkey before your stay....instructions to do this came while I was travelling and it was difficult to download on the move) or a provided keycard and into the apartment with a short number. Short walk over the bridge to the train station - note there is an elevator on the train station side but you have to look for it behind the staircase, and no stairs on the hotel side of the river. Wifi worked very well, in fact better than the office I was working at during the week. Coworker had an even nicer room across the hall from me.

The wi fi was good and the beds were extremely confortable. The bathroom was amazing and we had everything. The room was really lovely and modern. Also, the view was spectacular and in the center. We would love to return!

Bjørvika Apartments offers apartments in Operakvarteret by the Barcode buildingsas, as well as Sørenga an area by the waterside, a 5-15-minute walk to both the Oslo Central Station and the Oslo Opera House. Location is excellent, near a tramway/bus stop. Also near magnificent Oslo Opera, Munch Museum, Oslo central station and many restaurants and even a KIWI supermarket. Access to reception and then to location very well explained by staff even before arrival. Bed was excellent very comfortable. Cleanliness was 10/10. All house amenities are there; kitchen material/vacuum/ironing material....

Located within 5 minutes' walk of Grønlands Park and the former prison, Botsfengselet, Bjørvika Apartments are located in central Oslo, 500 metres from Oslo Central Station. These self-catering apartments include flat-screen TVs, balconies and free WiFi. My family came to visit for a full week and this apartment was the best choice for their stay. It had everything needed for cooking and very comfortable beds. The location was perfect to just walk to the city center and take the metro or bus when needed.

Compact, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and great shower water pressure. Onsite laundry was a plus.

Large space, comfortable beds, clean modern kitchen and bathroom! Large table for family dinners. Close to all the sites… we walked everywhere! Staff was helpful with questions and provided free ice at the bar.
