As we had a little mix up with the keys, we called the City Hotel an an English speaking host was immediately on the line navigating us through so that we could enter the flat. It was cold and pouring with rain, hence we really appreciated how easy the handling was. Would stay there again anytime.

The host upgraded our apartments because the capacity was full so we had even more space than expected. We had to call the staff with a question and they were quick to assist.
