The appartment is very spatious and clean, we would have stayed longer. There are restaurants on the same street and kombinis a couple of meters away.

We chose this hotel for its location near the river so that we have perfect river views in the morning and evening, and also for its large rooms. It's basically an apartment building with each apartment being a hotel room. It doesn't have any staff. The room was well equipped and very comfortable - we particularly liked the couch + table + tv area. The room was very clean but the bath area had a weird sewer smell. We liked that they also provided a folder with useful information and with emergency info (route to safe place).

Ee enjoyed the overall ambiance and the facilities. The location is quite a long walk from hakata train station but still ok and very accessible. There are bus stops near if ypu opt not to walk. There are a lot of nearby retaurants, convenient stores and supermarkets which is really helpful.

Situated in Fukuoka, near Imaizumi Park, Bic Camera Tenjin 1st Store and Kego Shrine, HOTEL&CO features free WiFi. Nothing to complain about the stay. Walkable distance to almost everything I need....subway, supermarket, cafe, 7-11 and plenty of restaurants. Room was clean with 2 TVs and a good size kitchen. One small window but at least it can be opened. Equipped with a washing machine was the best part on my 7 days stay with kids.

We loved this apartment . It is spacious, modern , comfortable with everything a family needs to travel . Small kitchen plus a washing machine and drying room is the shower room . Excellent drying ! You can easily get a number of buses too and from Hakata station just use google maps to give you the best time and bus stops . There is a 7/11 5 minutes walk for food and several small other restaurants . The secret to easy check in is to read your confirmation email and check in on line. This will give you your access code to the front door . When you get inside you complete check via a phone call made through the check in screen . The attendant gets you to scan your passport and put the tax in a box so have these ready .
