Fabulous, modern, spacious apartment with quality fittings throughout. A great location, easy walking distance to restaurants. Free parking outside the front door. Also, 50m away from a EV charging station which for me was an unexpected bonus.

Located in Hjalteyri, 19 km from Akureyri, Apt. Hotel Hjalteyri features views of the sea and the mountains from every apartment. Every room has a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Huge apartment room, very clean, nice features like bathrobes, body lotion, good bathroom products, and a generous breakfast buffet. They even accommodated my food allergy by providing gluten-free bread. Beautiful view from our apartment windows. Shelves full of books and nice decor in the building. Recommend the one restaurant in town, with delicious food and friendly owner/waiter/bartender. Reasonably priced for the spacious apartment and scenic setting.

Located in Akureyri in the North Iceland region, with Hof - Cultural Center and Conference Hall nearby, Akureyri Luxury Apartments provides accommodation with access to a hot tub. We were on 3rd floor. It was very quiet and nice. The property is in within a 15 minute walk from the center - close to local grocery stores, Krónan, Hagkaup and Bónus and the local "shopping mall" Glerártorg. Extremely helpful and resourceful host Einar, who for for example shipped a new TV remote by airplane within the day when the remote broke down. Very clean and newly furnished apartment, great for our family of 4, with kids aged 11 and 14. We did not try the hot tubs. We highly recommend this apartment.
