Breakfast was included in my purchase, and the staff and the manager in the breakfast lounge were exceptionally friendly, kind, and smiling, and they were always happy to serve at our table of any requests we made. Breakfast food was delicious. Our return flight was in the early hours, so the staff packed and delivered our breakfast to our room 8 hours prior. Reception staff were always smiling and greeting us. The check in and check out staff were so humble and respectful. We had the best time in Oakwood premier cozmo and we enjoyed our 5 day (first time) holiday in Jakarta. It's the only facility I know where you can experience soaking tub at 28th floor with superb city vistas (skyscrapers, trains, super busy street) for LESS THAN 45 U$D. And Mas Hariyanto is very helpful

This was one of the finest hotels I have stayed in not solo based upon the location or building but the staff the treatment etc My son was not feeling well so we asked for early check in which was not only accommodated but we was upgraded for free as our room was not available There after everything was just perfect

Clean, spacious apartment, quiet at night and conveniently soundproofed during the busy working hours, comfortable bed and shower, amazing staff with particular mention to Rendi and Zhafira, who helped me in a very delicate situation.

On top of the usual hotel facilities, the room is also equipped with washing machine, microwave oven, induction stove, as well as kitchenware sets. You can also borrow iron and hairdryer if you need. There is even a small section dedicated for you to wear make up and a large wardrobe to put your clothes inside. The bathroom is very comfortable to use. the shower room and the bathtub are among the largest i have ever seen. 2. The staff is generally very friendly, and will try to accomodate ur request. 3. The hotel is situated within central business district
