We had such an incredible stay here! Maria & the staff are exceptional—so accommodating & pleasant. They really made our stay special. The hotel itself is clean, quaint and really a treat. Breakfast items can be found in the units. Where to begin? We had the most wonderful time at Villa Nika. Niki was such a lovely host - so friendly, welcoming & helpful throughout. Niki was in touch with us before we left for Spetses & helped us arrange transport logistics when we arrived at Port Heli, booking our water taxi to get us safely across to Spetses & was there with a taxi waiting for us when we arrived. We really appreciated this as it was very late and after a long journey. Villa Nika itself is stunning - we had a beautifully appointed apartment, very clean & equipped with everything we needed. We loved the pool area - the villa is a calm oasis with lots of beautiful places nearby. There is a supermarket & ATM down the road which we thought was very useful & also a gas station very close by to top up your vehicle. Niki helped organise renting an ATV (quad bike) for us - which can be delivered directly to the Villa. We really recommend renting one of these or scooter / ebike - so useful to get around & you can travel to all the beautiful beaches around the island. We recommend Xilokeriza beach - take a left as you come out of Villa Nika for the route. It is a secluded cove with crystal clear water & Yannis who is the host of the taverna there is very friendly and the food is delicious. We would definitely recommend Villa Nika to any guests visiting the beautiful island of Spetses - Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Villa Margarita offers a freshwater swimming pool and a beautiful courtyard, where you can enjoy your coffee or your refreshments. the view was amazing and the location was perfect, the host was so helpful and kind.

Bay’s Complex is located in Kokkinari Area, within 1 km from the port and a short walk from the old port with dining and nightlife options.

Featuring 2 adjoining buildings, one building features a swimming pool and a dining area serving snacks and meals. The other building features a cafe and children's playground. Rooms are simply decorated and have en suite facilities. Most of the rooms have views of the sea and the countryside from their hillside position. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, super nice and helpful staff! Definitely coming back to this place!

Featuring self-catering facilities, the elegant units have a balcony with garden views. Fantastic location on the sea front, walking distance from the ferry terminal. Spacious units with handy kitchenette and decently sized fridge - super if you have kids that suddenly go hungry. The pool is fantastic for kids and adults (separated). Breakfasts were idyllic, outside with a view of the sea, great beroert and the best yogurt! I would easily say it’s the best destination to stay in Spetses. Daily cleaning, friendly staff, comfortable beds.
