The premises include a pool with sunbeds and common sitting area, and lots of vegetation, all carefully maintained by Mr Dimitris and his family, who are readily available, welcoming, communicative and ready to help with all ordinary and (as we found out) less ordinary issues. Fresh towels and linen provided every few days. If you wish to go to Skopelos town often, be aware that the 20-25 minute walk is mostly uphill and can be challenging if you are not in shape. If you come by car (which is the best solution), parking is provided.

The owners were very friendly, we felt like a part of the family. We had a beautiful room with fantastic view. The bathroom included in the room, usage stones and white colour feels very clean and attractive. We had very relaxing and amazing stay here, planning to come here in Summer again. When you wake up with a sea view from bed, what else can be more !

The location was perfect, near town 7 min walk to the center, beautiful big yard, with free parking space. The hosts where wonderful, very kind and helpful. J definitely recommend Villa Ble.

Each comes with a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette or kitchen. The modern bathrooms come with shower or shower cabin. A nice accomodation right at the marina of Neo Klima. We only stayed for one night, but the room was very nice and had a great view. Also Dimitrios was the nicest person and helped us a lot with everything!

The place is quiet, at night the only thing you hear are the sounds of nature. The air is crystal clean and aromatised by pine trees and Jasmin. The accommodations literally felt like home, because the owner has thought of every little detail for the comfort. We received as a welcome several big bottles of water in the fridge, a cake from the Kouhili bakery of Skopelos, butter, cream for our coffee, honey and homemade marmalade. Cleanliness was excellent. You can park your car at the privet parking under the shade of trees.
