The rooms check all of the boxes - spacious, clean, excellent condition, kitchenette, great location, and wonderful views. However, the most exemplary aspect of Mistral is the staff. We cannot thank them enough for all that they did for us when my wife had an accident that required medical attention. They are the most kind and generous people we have ever encountered in our extensive travels.

Enjoying views over the Aegean Sea or the garden, Nicolas studios and rooms are simply furnished and come with air conditioning. Each includes a satellite TV and a fridge, while some units feature a dining area and a kitchenette with cooking hobs. The hospitality of Nicolas and his family. Took us to the monastery to beaches. Gave us fruit and veggies from hud property. Picked us up from the ferry and dropped us back. A wonderful host made us feel so at home. A wonderful stay would come back again. It was lovely!

Surrounded by a garden of palm trees and colourful flowers, the traditionally-built Joanna Hotel lies just 100 metres from Grikos Beach in Patmos. Its self-catering accommodation opens out to a balcony overlooking the garden. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. We absolutely loved how clean it was, the proximity to Grikos beach just in front and Petra beach about 15 mins away. The property was very clean and very spacious with a kitchen area which proved to be very helpful. The balcony/terrace proved to be lovely as well. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating which was perfect and made us feel welcome. They gave us lots of useful information and made us offers of breakfast as well as giving us advice on local attractions. The property is located a 1-2 minute walk from the local bus stop that goes to Hora and Skala. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would hope to come back to the property.
