Boasting lake views, Likoudis Villas Suites, on the Kioni, Ionian Islands Ithaca, provides accommodation with patio, around 2.9 km from Trita Kourvoulia Beach. Likoudis is an exceptional property. We loved everything , it is very quiet and beautifully styled yet very comfortable. Our suite was perfect. No 5 , (the suite that only accommodates 2 people ) as it has the most privacy and the cutest view through a picture perfect break in the olive trees that is truly magical. Both suites are lovely …It is above the port however there are stairs that are not too arduous and a car park closer in if you need/ wish to drive down. The pool is clean and a lovely break after a hot day out, and it is fantastic that your rooms are in the shade in the afternoon so sitting outside is comfortable. Kioni is a gorgeous port as so many lovely tavernas and excellent swimming right in the port. A must however is to walk the 20 minutes around the pretty foreshore to “ Cemetery Beach” , not it’s real name . This is a beautiful swimming cove with an excellent Cantina restaurant for a great lunch. I think Likoudis is by far the best property in Kioni and possibly all of Ithaca and the main reason is the lovely Penelope. She is so genuine and really wants your stay to be perfect. We were so impressed by her care and attention. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us as we will be back.

Offering an outdoor pool and views of the sea, Aristotelis Apartments is located in Frikes in the Ithaca Region, 2.6 km from Kioni Beach. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Our room was AMAZING: sea view, with a table outside, huge, hot water, and wit a kitchen. The place is just a couple of meters from the beach/port and all the restaurants. It also has a big and clean pool. Frikes is a very small town (which we love), and the best is Aristotelis, the owner! always very nice and helpful.

Featuring free WiFi and air conditioning, Petros Apartments is located in Vathi, 800 metres from Port of Ithaki. Agios Ioannis Beach is 11 km from the property. Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The location was quiet and also close to the center of Vathi. Stefania who welcomed us was friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend Petros apartments for your stay :)
