The place was so clean nice and modern , waaaay worth the price. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is great and has everything. The shower is super hot and high in pressure. The staff are nice and helpful. 10 minutes walking to the center. I Highly recommend it, especially for a family or solo traveler

The staff was incredible (special thanks to Linda!!). The room was like in the pictures, extremely clean and generally perfect for us. All is new in the Aparthotel and the location is perfect too, just two minutes from the famous Bullring mall.

Absolutely loved this property. The staff were excellent. I contacted them beforehand to see if we could leave our luggage. Everyone I met were so welcoming. The location of this apartment was brilliant for the Christmas market and shopping. So central and across the road from Grand Central station. The facilities were great, bathrobe, games, tea, coffee etc. and the bed was massive and comfy. I would definitely stay here again if coming to Birmingham. We were fascinated with the ceiling to floor windows and spent way too much time just staring out to the city!
