The property was of outstanding standard, spotlessly clean, finishing little touches and attention to detail was displayed in furnishings and comfort. The location was great right in the centre of Basingstoke. The host Linzi did everything she could to make my stay an enjoyable experience, like allowing an earlier check-in and later check out time. Looking forward to coming again very soon.

Modern but in keeping with the age of the place. I had a studio room which was nice, a few things worn but clean and comfortable. Evening meal was very good, delicious. Eggs Royale were perfect, probably the best I've had. Paige and Ann on reception were friendly and helpful. I think the bar could have more choice especially on the beer side, more ales for us northerners. (not IPA). I would highly recommend staying here.
