It was quiet in a pleasant neighborhood, not too far from the beach. I really liked the fact we had a kettle and toaster too! The host was really friendly and helpful. We were recommended a nice couple of local restaurants by him which was a big bonus!

Had everything we needed and good location, five mins from the pubs and sea front. Fairly small but more than enough space for two of us and the outdoor space was great to have on sunny evenings, there was also a bbq out there but we didn't use it.

A recently renovated property, Vive Hotel is located in Hastings near Hastings Beach, St. Leonards On Sea Beach. Great location, close to bus, rail, taxi stand, and groceries. Room was quiet and spacious. Everything you need in your room and the staff was very helpful!
