Central location, right in the city centre. Great self-catering facilities. Laid-back atmosphere. The staff replied to queries very quickly esp. when I was travelling by bus and going to be late.

Nice to see an old building being repurposed into modern, comfortable hotel/suite accommodation. Very good facilities, with the option to cater for yourself. The close proximity to a large M&S Good Food outlet makes self-catering very easy to accomplish.
