Large apartment, immaculately clean, with good beds and good sound proofing. The staff and older residents were all very friendly and the pool as an added bonus. There were a number of good restaurants a short walk from the apartment (Azuki was a very good Japanese) and a very good boulangerie about 200m down the road. I'd happily stay here again it really was superb.

Located on the Champagne Avenue, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Les Suites du Champagne de Venoge offers accommodation in Épernay. All rooms are located in Venoge Champagne House's annex buildings. The best location in town, right on the avenue de champagne. One of the few places to stay at a champagne house. Staff lovely. Room lovely, comfortable for 5-6 people Nice big kitchen. French breakfast of pastries, bread and cold cuts and cheese.

We did a stop on our way to the south of france. We were travelling as a couple with 2 kids. The location is fantastic. Troyes is beautiful and the appartement is in the heart of the city, but with easy car parking in the immediate surroundings. Kitchen was well equipped. Two bathrooms. We forgot our electrical tooth brush and the owner send it through to us immediately, which was very kind.

It's beautiful outside, there's a nice garden and a terrace. We enjoyed relaxing in a Jacuzzi, the whole place is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The host was very friendly, pleasant and spoke English very well. The place is close to a few villages and a bigger town Sedan where you can get fresh bakery and nice French food.

Zenao Appart'hôtels Troyes is located in Troyes, a 10-minute walk from both Espace Argence Convention Centre and the city centre. A very large comfy apartment, well equipped, location superb, on the banks of the river seine and close to the historic centre (10-15 minute walk) excellent spacious underground secure car park within a short walk of apartments.

We stayed for one night in August 2021. Most of all we will remember the friendly welcome by Sandrine and her husband Thierry who was there to greet us on arrival and to see us off in the morning. We could park our car in the big private yard right in front of the door to the downstairs apartment. It was the only used accomodation in the historic house as the hosts were still doing renovations to the rest of the building (and there was no noisy work while we were there) and they live somewhere else in the village. We were surprised by the generous size of the rooms and of the apartment as such. Everything was new, practical and absolutely clean. For the windows you had a choice between curtains and automatic blinds. The walk-in shower was especially nice after the long drive we had that day. The double bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The hosts had already pulled out the sofa bed in the large living room but unfortunately its mattress was very hard - we put a single mattress from the bunk bed (in the bedroom) on top of it and then it was alright. Due to Covid Sandrine did not make the breakfast herself which was perfectly okay since she supplied us with everything we needed like coffee, tea, milk, toast, butter, eggs, cheese, sausage, marmalade, yoghurt, and orange juice.
