My plan is to revisit certainly. It is an excellent option to just get away for the weekend to recharge ones energy or work remotely.

The host: a very kind and welcoming lady who helped us on our way multiple times. This hospitality was also reflected in all common areas, which were breathing a cozy 'welcome home'-atmosphere. I would most definitely book here again.

Salpalinjan Hovi is gevestigd in een charmant, gerenoveerd schoolgebouw, op 10 minuten rijden van het centrum van Lappeenranta. Excellent location and awesome place to stay close to Lappeenranta. The "history room" is super, it's very spacious and it's fully furnished with everything. The host is very nice and helpful in explaining what to do in the nearby area and in Rutola village. Nearby there's a GP Grilli which is excellent. I highly recommend it if you're passing by!
