The hospitality of the staff is exceptional. I had a problem with the airco so they apologized and upgraded me from a studio to a one bedroom apartment. My father got sick there and they offered their help and pointed me to the doctor. I came with a broken luggage and the took it and repaired it for me. The hotel is so clean, the service is perfect. The location in Dokki is amazing. I highly recommend it

The villa has a beautiful garden space and pool, stylist rooms with lots of space, comfortable and clean. Staff are extremely helpful. The area is peaceful and quiet. Close to supermarkets and shopping malls. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is very spacious and very clean! It has all you need for a great stay in the heart of Cairo. Washing machine, drying rack, coffee machine… From there you can walk to the Egyptian Museum and you can easily take an Uber to get you to other places of interest. The communication with the staff was very good and the location is mid in Downtown Cairo with many restaurants nearby! Can only recommend it and we will certainly stay here on our next trip to Cairo.

Check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. The flat is very clean (even the balcony!!) and a good size. It is on a busy road so we could get food and other supplies easily. We slept with the windows open and traffic is not loud in the flat. There was some maintenance nearby during the day, and the owner messaged to let us know AND offered to postpone it which was very nice! Just a quick warning that the flat is not the first floor and there’s no elevator, so it isn’t the best choice if you have heavy luggage, but we didn’t have a problem with one bag and a baby.
