Le Residenz am Zwinger se trouve juste en face du palais Zwinger et de l'étang, à proximité de l'opéra Semper et des autres attractions historiques de Dresde. Apartment was big with all necessary kitchen equipment. Location just perfect as it is in the city center. All main building what to visit was very close. Secure underground parking in very hot summer day car stayed cool. Grocery shop was just next door and it was very convenient leaving in apartment. Price for stay was reasonable.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The air conditioning was brilliant. The lounge area downstairs by reception was really lovely, with free tea and coffee available all day. The staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly. The location was extremely handy, just a 10 minute walk from the market place. We'd never stayed in an apartment hotel before, and really liked the concept, the best of both worlds. Your own apartment, but staff always on hand, and cleaning done twice a week.

Spotlessly clean and in just the perfect location: quiet, yet very centrally located. The host, Larisa, was very accommodating and just a great person.

After arriving on the night train and riding up into the hills on hired mountain bikes to get here, we were able to check in early which was a blessed relief! (Note - The route that Google maps gave us on our bikes went off-road, and we had to walk part of the way uphill as it was too steep to ride the mountain trail, especially with our backpacks. You can also catch a local bus to the village to get here). The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The kids spent most of their time outside roaming up the hiking paths or riding their bikes up and down the hilly streets in the quiet village. This accommodation is on the edge of the village near the top of a hill and the view is lovely out towards the forests and mountains. We came in early spring and the trees were just starting to green up so I can see it would be even more spectacular in late spring and through summer and autumn. There were probably a dozen or so campers at all stages of life using the grounds with their tents and vans, as well as others staying in apartments, and it was peaceful with a feeling of camaraderie, no loud voices or music, just people chilling and a few kids roaming around doing kid stuff. This village and accommodation was a big contrast to Bad Schandau, which was literally crawling with cars and tourists (we were there over the Easter long weekend), and we were so glad we had not stayed in town but on this calming and chill mountainside.

Situé à Bad Schandau, à seulement 3,3 km du parc national de la Suisse saxonne, le Schloss Prossen propose un hébergement avec vue sur la montagne. it was a very lovely apartment. exactly the same as from the picture, with the high ceilings it even felt bigger. the kitchen is really fully equipped and can perfect cook a nice meal. room is very well decorated. it has a lovely garden and whole experience is very good. If we visit the region again, i will choose to stay without doubt.
