Patricia was so kind and helpful to us - she even drove us around to help us get to the best hiking spot. The rooms are clean and very well thought through, with good coffee, great mattress and a great TV screen.

Staff responded quickly to queries and instructions were clear. They allowed us to leave our luggage in the rooms, even though it was before the official check-in time.
