Patricia was so kind and helpful to us - she even drove us around to help us get to the best hiking spot. There is a private bathroom with a hairdryer in every unit. Towels are available. Lovely location in Esneux within easy walking distance of the train station and good restaurants. Beautiful town. Beds were comfortable and facilities clean. Staff responded quickly to queries and instructions were clear. They allowed us to leave our luggage in the rooms, even though it was before the official check-in time.
