Nice view from the window, we actually had upper floor, would enjoy tiny bit more if there was access to the balcony :)

The location of the hotel was pretty good enough. It is located close to the center of Brussels and transportation is good. There was no reception staff and the door access code was sent in advance to mailbox. The room was in good condition, quiet and clean. Check out was done through a QR code on the room door and was highly satisfactory. Consider using this hotel again.

The apartment itself is fairly big and easily housed 5 of us for the week without feeling cramped. The fold down couch bed is a double also. Plenty restaurants and shops nearby for food and good utilities inside the flat. Sam was an excellent host. We had trouble with the shower and Sam came out and fixed it within a few hours. He also responded quickly to any queries we had.
