The location is great, 15-20 min on foot to downtown Andorra la Vella. The covered garage is just downstairs - just be attentive to traffic as you back out. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided valuable tips. They even prepared a protective sofa blanket and food+water bowls for our dog! Our room with terrace was overlooking the river - which provides a soothing background noise (not at all audible if you're so inclined, thanks to the good soundproof double glazed windows).

Beautiful views from the balcony. The condition of the apartment was excellent. Seems brand new/after renovation. The apartment was very clean. The village/small town of Bellver De Cerdania is a quiet place, with nice people, nice shops of all sorts and supermarkets. People are living their lives there - not just servicing tourists (as opposed to Baga, which we visited once), so I would recommend Bellver De Cerdania very much (with one important caveat - the road south through the tunnel (under the Cadi and Moixero ranges) costs EU 12.64 in each direction - so keep this in mind because many of the trails require going through the tunnel). The host was extremely helpful and caring. All in all - great experience.
